Benefit Local Schools Within Your Operating Areas by Partnering with GoZonkers and Food For All

Food For All has long supported efforts all over the globe to combat hunger, malnutrition and poverty. Yet there is a crisis here and now in the U.S. concerning childhood obesity and Early Chronic Diseases. Due to budget cutbacks, 92% of our schools have been left without structured exercise programs. In order to get exercise back into the schools and to cut obesity rates, Food For All has teamed with the GoZonkers program and retailers around the country. The GoZonkers+Food For All program is an in-store fundraiser that operates just like our anti-hunger point-of-purchase fundraisers. At participating retailers, customers can make contributions while paying for their groceries, using customized point-of-purchase materials. Customer donations provide local elementary schools in your stores' areas with the GoZonkers exercise program. GoZonkers delivers fun, daily, at-desk exercise to students. Retailers are credited in all materials given to teachers, kids, schools, parents, and media. Currently, retailers who will be running the back-to-school Food For All+GoZonkers fundraiser include Bashas' Supermarkets, Friedman's,
Unified Grocers, Fresh Encounter and AGNE corporate stores.
